Friday 28th March 10am – 5pm (then our usual 6pm Friday sit)
Zen Practice, Ritual and Ceremony

A day exploring the forms of Zen, and the spirit of of practice behind them, beginning with zazen together at 10.
Themes covered will include: basic forms, instruments, chanting, shuso, ino, doshi, daily life.
Intended for people who already regularly practice at Bristol or another dojo/group.

Suggested Donation: £20 waged for Friday, low waged half-price.

Temple Practice , City Practice – A day with Reiho Haasch and Seiho Preist

A day of practice, dialog, exploration and exchange: what can these two ways of engaging with Zen learn from each other?

Sunday March 30th – Half Day of Zazen with Reiho Haasch

8:30 Zazen & ceremony
10:20 Genmai (rice soup) meal ceremony
10:45 Samu (cleaning etc) & coffee
11:45 Zazen
13:00 Finish
