The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force in the UK on 25th May 2018. As part of our data compliance process here at International Zen Association UK (IZAUK), it is our obligation to formally request your consent for us to retain your personal data for ongoing services such as ensuring you are properly registered and billed for an IZAUK event which you have signed up for, as well as ensuring your messages to us are received and returned.

International Zen Association UK (IZAUK) takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal details to administer your membership and/or provide you with relevant information or services.

We will not share your details with third parties apart from those necessary for carrying out our contractual obligations to you (for example, we will share your AZI membership request with the International Zen Association).

We will keep your personal information up to date, store it safely, retain it only as long as is necessary, and then destroy it securely.

If at any time you wish to view, edit, or have your personal details erased, or to stop or change how we communicate with you, please get in touch.
