Schedule
Starting on Tuesday 5th September, we will offer two sessions per week:
- Tuesday mornings 7.30 am
- Wednesday evenings 7.00 pm
- 1st Saturday each month 10am.
Introductions
A short introduction must be arranged with Maddie before you visit this group for the first time
All regular sessions are 1½hours, and we recommend a contribution of £6 or £4 concessions.
Please note: Saturday Zazen In October will be on 5th October.
