This is a morning of zazen practice at Jay and Heather’s home in Coldean, Brighton

Beginning at 9:30AM (Please Arrive by 9:20AM) and finishing by 1PM, with a break for coffee and cake.

For those who wish to stay on, there will be an hour or two of sewing practice in the afternoon.  If you intend to stay for sewing, please bring some food for a bring-and-share lunch.
