This will be a 2.5 day Zen Practice Retreat (Sesshin) In Sheringham, Norfolk to be led by Senior Teacher, Taiun Jean-Pierre Faure

Arrival:
Friday 12th February – anytime after 1pm for zazen at 4:30pm
Departure:
Monday 15th February – by 10am – People wishing to leave on Sunday, may depart after the last zazen around 5pm. A simple evening meal and breakfast will be provided for those who are staying.
Loose-fitting, dark clothing for zazen, a zafu (if you have one – some will be available to borrow), a bowl for food (with a spoon and fork) and a cloth (such as a tea-towel) to wrap your bowl in

The Youth Hostel is situated in Sheringham, off the A149 Coast Road, behind St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church
Train Information:
Sheringham is served by both National Express coaches (from London and the Midlands) and Anglia railways. The railway station and the bus terminus are only 5 minutes walk from the hostel.
