Discovery Evening – An Introduction to Zen for beginners

The evening will begin with refreshments and introductions. This will be followed by a formal talk on Zen and Zen practice,  an introduction to zazen (sitting meditation, the heart of Zen practice), and a period of meditation.

There will then be an opportunity to ask questions.

This session is for newcomers to Zen.
