This will be a weekend of Zazen Practice at the Bristol Zen Dojo with Zen Teacher Guy Mokuho Mercier
Guy Mercier runs the Josen Zen Centre in Tours and is the head of the Ten Bo Rin Zen Association – Additionally, he has recently started a residential zen community in the Auvergne region of France – The Zen Centre of Lanau

Saturday 15th December: 08:30 until late, with lunch, dinner and refreshments
Sunday 16th December: 10am – 12:20pm, with refreshments
the day will include short periods of zazen until late evening.

Zen Weekend – £35 waged, £20 unwaged
Saturday Only – £25 waged, £15 unwaged
Sunday Only – £10 waged, £5 unwaged
Bring: A zafu if you have one, loose-fitting clothes which are subdued or dark coloured for zazen, a bowl/spoon/fork and a cloth to wrap them in (such as a tea towel) for meals.
