Zazen and Zen Workshop with senior Zen monk Yushin Christophe Guillet
This is an afternoon for regular Zen practitioners. The workshop will be devoted to cover and clarify the different aspects of Zen practice in the dojo from deportment and dojo preparation to ceremonies and chanting, with an opportunity to ask questions regarding other matters of the practice.
