This is a half day of Zen practice in Brighton, led by Zen Monk, Seiho Chris Preist.
This event will include a talk and an informal Q&A session. And of course, a break for coffee and cake. Seiho Chris Preist is a senior monk from the British Sangha. He began practice with Nanshin Nancy Amphoux in 1989 and was ordained as a monk in 1992 by Shogen Jean Baby. He is currently the committee chair of IZAUK.
