This is a day and a half of Zen practice in Bradford – at the Subud Hall in Shipley being led by Zen Teacher Maddie Eshin Parisio

Times:

Friday 12 June 18:00 – 20:30
Saturday 13 June 08:00 – 18:00

Cost:

Friday evening only – £6 (£4 low/unwaged)
Friday and Saturday – Recommended £35 (low income: £30, unwaged £20)

Bring:

Please bring dark, loose clothing for zazen and soft indoor shoes. For meals, you will need a bowl with a spoon and fork, along with a cloth (such as a tea towel) to wrap them in. Bring a zafuton and zafu if you have one; please note on the registration form if you need to borrow these. Chairs will also be available.

Refreshments:  For saturday, refreshments will be available. Lunch is provided.
