This will be a morning of zazen practice in Oxford.

There will be no introductions at this event and as such, it is not suitable for somebody who does not already practise in an IZAUK dojo.

Zazen will be from 0930 - 1300 followed by "Bring and Share" (vegetarian) lunch and optional sewing (of rakusus or kesas) from approx 1430 - 1630.

This is a full day of Zen Practise in Manchester

There will be Genmai served after the first period of zazen, and lunch will be held at the local cafe, this day will feature rakasu/kesa sewing as required.
